Tumi Frazier, one of South Africa’s gems; great leadership and change experts who are internationally acclaimed.

She is a Professional Speaker, author and consultant. Tumi combines Psychology & Coaching disciplines, business-consulting skills with an in-depth understanding of 9 languages, dynamics, processes, and organizational cultures.

Tumi was chosen as one of the finalists for the 2010/2011 Most Influential Women in Business & Government (MIW) Awards; An accolade that acknowledges her as one of the top three women in business.

She is an author of Your Moment and co-author of Stepping Stones to Success and CSI. Tumi writes columns for business newspapers, magazines and university handbooks.

Grathel Motau
Non Executive Directors

A qualified Chartered Accountant with immense business and financial experience accumulated at various entities over time. She is an Audit Partner within the Energy and Natural Resources at KPMG. Her prior employments include various positions at Blue IQ, Amabubesi Investments, The National Treasury and the Industrial Development Corporation. She is currently a Council member and Finance Committee member of St John’s College in Houghton, Johannesburg and a board member of the African Women Chartered Accountants. She was previously a board and chairperson of various Audit Committees prior to re-joining KPMG in 2009.

Dr. Dumisani Magadlela
Non Executive Directors

An Executive Coach and Leadership Facilitator; who works with Gestalt Organizational Systems Development principles and Emotional Intelligence techniques, Ubuntu Intelligence and the Integral Model in coaching individuals and teams across different sectors. He serves on the faculties of several coach training institutions, supervises masters’ students in different universities, and is an internationally certified leadership and organizational development facilitator and trainer. He serves on Boards of several organizations. He is a Senior Strategist and internal Business and Life Coach at the Development Bank of Southern Africa.

Itumeleng Monyane
Non Executive Directors

A Project manager for the Automotive Industrial Development Centre since 2008; He has extensive training and skills development of artisans, technicians, engineers and internship programs spanning over 15 years. He holds a higher diploma in Human Resources, Advances Management program, Project management certificate and qualified as assessor and skills development facilitator. He has a passion for people development, technical skills and talent development. Itumeleng is currently studying towards Industrial psychology.
